Twenty-First Digital seeking audience strategist to join small and nimble audience development team. This is a freelance position (estimated 20-40 hours) with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
3-5 years experience working with brand, publisher or agency
Experience with web based platforms like Google Analytics and Hubspot (required) and Trello
Experience building campaigns and digital marketing campaigns with goals tied to conversions and consumer revenue
Ability to think creatively and outside of the box
Ability to create and tell stories based on data and research
Good attitude, positive
Flexible/ability to change and adapt strategic plans quickly and without hesitation
Experience in ecommerce a plus
Comfortable working remote 90-100% of the time
Proficient in excel
Managing up to four client accounts including responsibilities but not limited to: managing and creating client reports, implementing customer email acquisition strategies, acting on the strategic vision for supporting client consumer goals, and supporting the CEO and COO, as needed.
